Terms and Conditions
Effective date: Date of purchase
This Membership Agreement is entered into by Live Feisty Media Corporation (“Feisty Media”) and you as the individual purchaser (“Member”), and comes into effect as of the date of purchase.
Member Benefits
By purchasing the membership with Feisty Media, the Member will receive the following benefits:
- Access to member-only content, discounts, and community through our online portal at feistymenopause.com
Membership Dues
In exchange for the membership benefits the Member will pay USD $49 per month, which will be billed automatically until cancelled by the Member.
Cancellations are the responsibility of the Member and can be done by logging in at feistymenopause.com. The cancellation is under settings/billing.
Failure to pay will result in access to all membership benefits being revoked.
Restrictions
The Member agrees that they will not:
- Share their login information with non-members
- Reproduce any of the information received as part of their membership and share it with non-members
- Post inappropriate, inaccurate or offensive content to membership forums and discussions
Liability
The Member will not hold Feisty Media liable for any tangible or intangible damage that might happen to them while participating in the membership.
The Member agrees that Feisty Media cannot guarantee any results from their membership. Any negative or positive results that might occur during the membership are the result of the Member’s own personal choices.
Privacy
Feisty Media will not share any contact or personal information about the Member with other members, non-members or any third parties.
Membership Termination
Feisty Media has the right to terminate the Member’s membership if any of the terms and the conditions of this Agreement are violated. The Member can terminate their membership at any point and for any reason and will not be charged for their next billing cycle.
